Terms of Use

Effective date: October 31, 2026 · Applies to the Aladdin mobile application

1. Agreement

By downloading, accessing, or using the Aladdin mobile app (“Aladdin”, “the app”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. For a short product overview, see about.aladdin-app.online. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

2. The service

Aladdin provides mobile features that help you discover and use everyday services. We may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on every device or OS version.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, and meet any minimum age required for the app stores you use.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for keeping login credentials secure.
You must not share your account or use another person’s account without permission.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the app for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
Interfere with or disrupt the app, servers, or networks
Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or bypass security or access controls except as allowed by law
Upload malware or content that infringes others’ rights
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

5. Intellectual property

Aladdin, its branding, UI, and content we provide are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes as offered through the official app stores, subject to these Terms.

6. Third-party services

The app may link to or rely on third-party services (for example maps, payments, or analytics). Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party content or outages outside our control.

7. Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD $50.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. Provisions that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive termination.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
